Income Generation

Having a disability in Cambodia is usually coupled with poverty. Lack of mobility creates isolation and eliminates the possibility of physical labor. As a result, people with disabilities can become finacially dependant and a burden on their families and communities. After Receiving VIC treatment, adult patients in need are referred for job training and receive small grants to start their own businesses. Income Generation Grants give patients an opportunity to create lasting, positive change for themselves in their families.
